Terms of Service

The service

One order buys one brand study for one brand: a hosted page presenting our study of your brand, plus a downloadable pack of 8–12 generated images. This is a personalized digital service produced specifically for you from the links and material you provide.

Delivery

We deliver within 2 working days of receiving your completed intake (your links), usually within 1. If your links are insufficient to study the brand, we will write to you before the clock starts.

Payment and refunds

• The price is US$50, paid in advance through Stripe.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with your study, write to hello@mare.run within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full amount. No questions.
• Because this is a personalized digital service, production begins when you submit your intake. By completing checkout you agree that work may begin immediately; the guarantee above is broader than any statutory withdrawal right and replaces it in practice.

Rights and ownership

• On delivery you own full commercial rights to every image in your pack, with no time or territory limit.
• Your study page is private by default: reachable only by people you share the link with, and excluded from search engines. We only feature a study publicly with your written permission.
• You confirm you have the right to share the material your links point to, and that it is your brand (or one you are authorized to act for).

What we do with your material

We use the material your links point to solely to produce your study and image pack. See the privacy policy for details.
